Sales Executive / Internship
Field & Tele-Sales
  • Reach out to potential clients via call, email, and field visits
  • Pitch CraftWeb's IT services and software products to businesses
  • Maintain and follow up on lead pipeline using CRM sheets
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare client proposals
  • Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
Support Executive / Internship
Customer & Technical Support
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Log and track support tickets till resolution
  • Coordinate with developers for bug fixes and feature requests
  • Prepare basic user guides and FAQs for clients
  • Ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction
Office Assistant / Internship
Administration
  • Manage day-to-day office documentation and filing
  • Assist with scheduling, courier, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR with onboarding paperwork for new joiners
  • Maintain office inventory and basic record keeping
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Internship Terms & Conditions

  1. Internship duration is typically 2–3 months, extendable based on performance.
  2. Interns must maintain regular attendance as per office hours (Sun–Fri).
  3. This is a learning-based internship; a stipend, if applicable, will be discussed at the time of offer.
  4. Interns must maintain confidentiality of all client and company data and projects.
  5. Performance will be reviewed periodically; consistent good performance may lead to a full-time offer.
  6. Interns are expected to follow CraftWeb's code of conduct, dress code, and office policies.
  7. Either party may discontinue the internship with prior written notice of 7 days.
  8. Certificates of completion will be issued only on satisfactory completion of the internship period.
